Fake exchange clones and fake support agents
Scams copy what you trust: the page, the logo and the helper.
01Clone sites
A clone copies the swap page and logo exactly but uses its own deposit addresses.
02Fake support
Scammers reply to public complaints or send messages offering help with a "stuck" swap, then ask for more coins or private keys.
03What genuine support never asks
Your seed phrase, private keys or an extra "unlock" payment.
04Safe habit
Reach support only through the checked address and keep the order ID ready.
